| 摘 要： | 本文从对国有企业改革的思考入手，通过对股份公司激励控制兼容模式的分析，切入了代理成本问题。针对这一问题，分析论述了激励控制原理。围绕这一原理，我们重点探讨了经营者管理业绩的评估问题，建立了管理业绩的评估方法。在此基础上，进一步探讨了激励报酬模式的安排及其可能的诱导行为。

| Abstract: | This paper has studied the reform of state-owned enterprise and the mode of incentive control over stock companies and introduced the agent cost problem on the basis of which analyses are made to illustrate the principle governing this mode. Around this principle, the authors have explored the evaluation of management performance and the arrangement of stimulation-reward mode and its potential induced behaviour. |
