| 摘 要： | 创新是指人类社会无处不在的否定无生命力的旧事物，创造新事物的活动。创新所产生的事物对现实必须具有意义、价值，这就是创新的实效性。创新实效性在政治、经济、文化等方面都有现实体现。创新实效性的实现有其主体性、社会环境等条件。探讨创新实效性对于建设创新型国家具有多重意义。

| Abstract: | Innovation means the activity in which the old inanimate things were disavowed and new things are created. The new things which were created have to possess the value of the reality. That is the actual effects of innovation. It has different kinds of presence in polity,economy and culture. The realization of the effects of innovation have some conditions such as its subjectivity and its social circumstance and so on. The reality of innovation plays an important part in building new style country. |
