| 摘 要： | 摆是云南傣族村寨仪式生活中最普遍、最重视的一种仪式活动，特别是帕嘎摆时间长、场面大、消费高，主要内容及核心部分是“卤”和“阿祚”。其中做摆助兴过程中的休闲娱乐健身活动又是最热闹、最吸引人的部分，能达到娱神佛、娱人又娱己的目的，蕴含着东方式的休闲娱乐健康观。

| Abstract: | Baiis the most common and valuable ceremony activity of Dai nationality in Yunnan.Especiallybaiin Paga lasts for a long time;its scene is great;its consumption is high;its essential contents and core ingredient is Lu and a zuoIn baiceremony activity,the leisure entertainment activity is liveliest and the most appealing part;it can amuse not only God and Buddha but also people and oneself;it contains the oriental idea of fitness,leisure and entertainment. |
