教育学视角的高校教学工作评估

摘    要:从教育学视角看,高校教学工作评估确保了教育内部规律与外部规律在高校运行和发展过程中得到有机融合,使高校作为一种专业教育机构和人的特殊实践活动方式的本质特征得到彰显;引导高校回归教育本质,凸显育人的本体性功能,改变了长期以来我国高等教育领域教育内部规律得不到尊重、教育本质特征被忽视的状况;促进了高校对专业与课程建设、课堂教学、学生发展等教育本身的关注,变“听上级的话”“、跟市场走”为按教育规律办学,从而引导我国高校沿着高校的正确轨道前进。

Abstract:From the view of pedagogy,assessment of higher schools'educational level ensures an organic merge of education's exterior and internal regular pattern in the management and development of higher schools;making higher schools display their natural characteristics as an educational organization and human's special behavior pattern;guiding them to go back to the nature of education; highlighting the educating function;promoting higher schools to pay more attention to teaching,lesson's design and the development of students themselves and the then guiding our higher schools to advance to the right direction.
