| 摘 要： | 本试验在摇瓶条件下，采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计，优化抗生素发酵培养基各组份的配比。利用计算机对试验结果进行运算和模拟，建立了培养基各组份及其配比对产量影响的数学模型。对优化抗生素发酵培养基的方法，从理论和实际应用方面做了探讨。
