| 摘 要： | 文章以惩罚、补偿、强制三种基础责任类型相结合的责任实现形式为视角，论证了经济法责任的独立性，并由利益中心论出发导引出经济法社会本位与经济法责任的法理链，从而为经济法责任的基础理论研究提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | The paper first analyzes the independence of the responsibility of economic law from the perspective of its implementation form,and then leads to the legal chains of the society-based perspective of economic lawand the responsibility of economic law by the theory of interests as the center,thereby putting forward new ways to enrich the researches on the basic theories of the responsibility of economic law. |
