| 摘 要： | 随着信息时代的到来,新闻传播战作为现代信息战中的一种新的对抗斗争形式受到了广泛的关注。文章对信息战条件下的新闻传播战内涵进行了阐述,并说明了新闻传播战中通过消息维和媒体维两维进行作用的原理,以及实现其作战功能的基本流程图。文章将新闻传播战作战手段分为进攻性新闻传播战和防御性新闻传播手段,并结合伊拉克战争中新闻传播领域的斗争实例,说明新闻传播战的作战过程,最后得出了研究新闻传播战对未来我军在新军事变革下的作战手段的一些启示。

| Abstract: | As the information era comes,journalistic and communications warfare(JCW),which is a new counter-measurement in modern information warfare(IW),has been widely recognized.In this paper,the connotation of JCW is expounded,and the action theory of JCW which is divided to message dimension and media dimension is illustrated,and also given is the basic flow chart of its action capability.The JCW action measure is divided into aggressive JCW and defensive JCW in this paper,and JCW action process is explained with the examples of JCW in Iraq war.At the end of this paper prediction of research JCW action measure of our forces in future new military reform is offered. |
