| 摘 要： | 能源短缺是当今世界性问题，北京作为我国政治、经济、文化、教育和对外交往的中心，其能源储备、能源结构、能源使用效率和新能源开发技术都具有非同寻常的战略意义。本文从系统性和整体性的角度，对北京市能源利用状况和特点进行分析，指出北京开发新能源的可持续发展模式及战略意义。

| Abstract: | Energy shortage has become a global issue in today＇s economic, cultural, educational and diplomatic center of our China, efficiency and new technology development has extraordinary strategic the situation and characters of energy use in Beijing and discussed its world. As Beijing is the political, its energy reserve, structure, use significance. This study analyzed sustainable new energy use models and strategic significance. |
