| 摘 要： | 学院制是我国高等教育体制改革的一个重要方向。本文立足于学院制的科学内涵,从地方院校的现实处境和学院制的比较优势出发,分析了地方院校对学院制改革的强烈需求,阐释了地方院校学院制改革思路和主要内容,并对地方院校学院制改革应注意的几个问题进行了深层透视。

| Abstract: | Academic approach is an important orientation of China's higher education system reform.This paper analyzes,based on the actual situation and the comparative advantages of academic approach,the overpowering need in local institutions of higher education for academic approach reform,and elaborates on the basic motive and main content of academic approach reform as well as deeply sees through some problems that should be settled during the academic approach reform in local institutions of higher education. |
