文化软实力研究:中国的视角

中国语境下的文化软实力是约瑟夫.奈软实力概念的中国化表达,但二者又存在很大的差别。正是由于文化软实力是中国化的学术概念,中国学术界十多年的研究也是大相径庭的,不同学者从各自的学科出发对文化软实力进行了阐释,形成了对文化软实力的不同理解。中国的文化软实力来源于中国的传统文化特别是传统的人文精神,即重天道、法自然、尚人道的人本主义、反省自求提升自我的内省主义、尚中贵和的中和思想、克己复礼的礼仪主义。这是中国品格所在,也是世界普存的中国元素,它们不仅能彰显中国文化软实力的柔性,而且作为资源要素也为中国文化软实力提供源源不断的动力。中国元素在新的历史条件下对中国社会进行价值整合和规范整合,从而达到塑造中国全新自我的目标。这些思想孕育于中国传统文化之中,同时在经过当今中国的全新阐释之后而被国际社会广泛接受。
