| 摘 要： | 供应链运作困境成因为企业对供应链组织的认识存在一定偏差,对自己的产品经营属性缺乏清晰的认识和定位。对策是:针对常规型产品与创新型产品不同特性,选择不同的供应链如效率型供应链与反应型供应链,因此,企业要做针对性的匹配选择。

| Abstract: | The analysis of the predicament of the operation of the supply chain indicates that such predicament results from the enterprise's deflected knowledge of supply chain and its lack of the clear understanding and positioning of the operation nature of its products and services. The countermeasures derived from the analysis are as follows: different supply chains, such as efficiency supply chain and responsive supply chain, should be correspondingly adopted in accordance with the different features of the conventional products and innovative products. A conclusion is thus drawn that enterprises should choose the right supply chain according to its products or services. |
