| 摘 要： | 我国非公有经济已成为支撑国民经济高速增长的重要力量,是国民经济中不可缺少的重要组成部分,是实现全面建设小康社会目标的重要保障。但在其发展壮大过程中,仍面临着诸多障碍和瓶颈。如何解决这些问题,是当前我国国民经济发展以及经济体制改革过程中面临的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The non - public ownership economy has become one of the most important forces to maintain the high -speed grow of our economy, which has also been regarded as an indispensable part of our economy and a significant guarantee on full-scale construction of an affluent society. But there are still many obstacles and bottlenecks during the development of non- public ownership economy. How to resolve these problems has been one of the important tasks in our economy development and economy system reform. This paper probes into this problem and puts forward some propositions. |
