摘    要:以人为本是科学发展观的核心内容,是马克思主义中国化的典范,新时期,随着社会的发展与变革,信访压力也随之增大。本文在剖析我国信访制度现状及原因的基础上,提出构建以人为本的信访制度。

Abstract:Human orientation is the kernel of the scientific development view and a glorious example of integrating Marxist theory with China's practice.In the new period,the pressure brought by the visits and calls from people has been increasing with the development and revolution of the society.Based on the present situation,this text analyzes the current complaint system condition and the reason,and proposes to construct human-oriented complaint system.
