| 摘 要： | 毕业论文是法学本科教育的一个重要的教学环节。目前法学专业本科毕业论文写作过程中存在一些影响毕业论文质量的因素。其形成原因大致包括学生无暇专心于毕业论文、指导教师积极性不高、毕业实习定位出现偏差、图书资料方面的缺陷。本文结合近年来指导学生论文写作过程中的遇见的问题,分析问题背后的原因,提出完善法学专业本科毕业论文写作的参考性建议,以期为提高法学专业本科毕业论文的质量提供借鉴。
