| 摘 要： | 在目前我国法学界有关法律思维模式培养的研究尚属薄弱环节,甚至在正规法学教材中也很难找到法律思维模式培养的内容。但是在法治背景下研究法律思维意义重大,其不仅是法律职业者对自身工作方法的反思,更是凸显法治自身张力的积极尝试。

| Abstract: | At present,research of the legal thinking mode is still weak in our country's jurisprudential circle,and even in the regular legal textbooks legal thinking mode is absent.However,it's significant to study legal thinking mode in society with rule of law.Therefore,it's not only an introspection of legal practitioners on working methods,but also a positive try on representing effort on rule of law. |
