| 摘 要： | 什么是服务型政府？这是建设服务型政府首先需要解答的问题。本文从评述国内学术界对服务型政府概念阐释的基础上着手,对服务型政府的内涵与特征进行了分析和透视,并就进一步加快我国服务型政府建设提出若干建设对策。

| Abstract: | What is service-oriented government ？ This is the first problem that should be answered when we study and build a service-oriented government. This paper first starts from the scholars＇ different views on the connotation of service-oriented government, then analyzes the connotation and characteristics of a service-oriented government, at last offers several construction strategies which further speed up the construction of service-oriented government. |
