| 摘 要： | 论文应用辩证唯物主义的观点,对创新人才成长路径进行辩证唯物观的思考,基于系统论、控制论、信息论知识的学习认识,对创新人才成长的规律做出了一定的辩证分析。进行创新人才成长路径的辩证分析研究,对于拓展和提高人才培养研究的视野和高度,建立科学的理论指导体系,具有一定的参考价值。
