体育法学的研究现状及法律院校的研究工作

随着当代社会法律功能不断增强,法学与其他学科不可避免,多元的或综合的研究,已经成为一个法学研究体系成熟的标志,这才能真正推进中国法学的发展。法律院校,法学研究底蕴丰厚,应该立即启动对体育法学这项边缘学科的研究工程,紧跟国家法制建设的时代潮流,从法律的角度审视体育活动的各种关系,发挥政法院校在该研究领域应有的影响力。

As the function of law is being enhanced constantly in the contemporary society. The combination of study of law and other subjects has been more and more inevitable, and it becomes a sign of the maturity of the research in the study of law. As one of the best law schools in China, our university has deep experience on researching for laws and relative issues. We should immediately start the research project in the marginal subject called P.E. science of law to keep up with the tide of legal system construction and observe all kinds of relationship in physical activities from the legislation angle.
