契约社会中的有限身份化--种弱势群体保护的理论探讨

The Limited Change of Status in Contract Society: A Theoretical Discussion on Protection of Vulnerable Groups

The contractization is one of important characteristics in modern society. While pursuing the equality, the contract may also engender the problem of social justice to a certain extent. It is an important issue for government to overcome the negative effects of contracted society and protect the right and interests of vulnerable groups, so as to make the social development in a state of harmony and order. Also it is an inherent demand for building the harmonious society. Therefore, proceeding with the relation of contract and status, and setting up the corresponding mechanism of "limited change of status" under the whole framework of contracted society will have theoretical and realistic significance.
