邀请模式及其对我国学校心理辅导工作的启示

摘    要:邀请模式是 2 0世纪 80年代出现在欧美中小学的一种全新的学校心理辅导模式。邀请模式强调尊重人的潜能和价值 ,充分利用教育者、教育环境、教育政策、教育计划和教育过程等教育资源 ,为学生创设良好的心理环境 ,促进学生身心健康发展。邀请模式的出现表明学校心理辅导正在由辅助性工作转变成为学校教育工作的中心。邀请模式的理论思想和实践经验对改进我国学校心理辅导工作具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Beginning the 1980s, Invitational Approach has been an ideology and methodology for counseling and development in Western schools. Its aim is to create a positive and healthy environment by emphasizing mutual respect and human potentials in every aspect of schooling - people, places, policies, process, and programs. Invitational Approach indicates that guidance program is an integral part of a school's educational mission rather than an ancillary service. The theory and practice of Invitational Approach is of great significance for guidance and counseling in Chinese schools.
