| 摘 要： | 作为我党第二代领导集体的核心和我国改革开放的总设计师,邓小平历来十分重视切实维护和保障公民的就业权。邓小平虽然没有直接使用过＂就业权＂这一概念,有关就业权的论述也不是很多,但他的这一思想却是非常明确和具体的,其内容也是比较丰富和系统的。认真学习和深入研究邓小平的有关重要论述,深刻领会其精神实质,完整把握其思想内容,具有十分重大的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | As our party second generation of leader collective core and our country reform and open policy chief design engineer,Deng Xiaoping always extremely takes practically to maintain and to safeguard citizen＇s employment power.Although Deng Xiaoping does not have to use ＂the employment power＂ directly this concept,the related employment power elaboration is not very many,but his this thought is actually is clear about extremely with concretely,its content also is quite rich and the system.Studies earnestly with studies Deng Xiaoping＇s related important elaboration thoroughly,comprehends its energetic essence profoundly,the integrity grasps its ideological content,has the extremely significant theory and the practice significance. |
