| Abstract: | The convention of Huaibang theatric troupes embodies the unique folkway and folk-custom in the area of Jiaozuo.It is one of the important components of Jiaozuo local characteristic culture with the sharp-cut regional features in offering sacrifices to Gods,passing arts to disciples,dividing the work to the personnel,respecting the part of buffoons and emphasizing the spirit of righteousness,the taboo of theatrical troupes and the custom of spending the New Year. |
