| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育从精英教育阶段步入大众化教育阶段,高等教育正经历着新一轮的定位、分类、组合、调整。研究型大学代表着我国高等教育发展的水平,承担着高层次人才培养和高水平科学研究,并为大众化教育做出应有贡献的重任。只有忠实履行这种责任才能不辱使命,而要正确有效地履行职责,研究型大学需要应对许多挑战,面对一系列现实问题,需要处理好若干关系。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher education to a more popular phase,Chinese universities are going through stages of repositioning,integration and reorganization.Research universities represent the standards of higher education,and take responsibilities of nurturing talents and practicing research in China.This challenge requires educational professionals to devote themselves and deal with various realistic issues in order to properly implement educational duties. |
