对依宪治国的几点认识

宪法是国家的根本法,一直以来,人们都把它当作一部政治法。随着公民法制观念的增强,依宪治国已逐渐走进公民的生活。我们已经认识到,只有实施宪法监督,开展违宪审查,维护宪法权威,才能使宪法成为一部真正走入社会,走进公民生活,限制国家权力,保障公民权利的根本大法。

Thoughts On the Ainistration of State by Constitution

Constitution is the basic law of a state. People treat it as a political law all the time. But the concept of the administration of state by constitution has come into citizens' lives with the strengthening the concept of rule by law. We have known that we must enforce constitution's supervision, develop unconstitutional review and ensure constitution's authority. Then we can make constitution become a basic law which really come into the society, citizens' lives, restrict the state' rights and safeguard the citizens' rights.
