试论思想方法的心理定式问题--从精耕细作法向免耕法转换的启示

思想方法在情感和价值观的作用下形成了心理定式,这种心理定式又在社会群体的影响和作用下得到强化和巩固.由于人们受到心理定式的作用而很难使其思想方法随着客观对象的变化而变化,所以常常使思想方法脱离实际而具有滞后性.因此思想方法的与时俱进存在一个怎样解决心理定式的问题.

On the Problem of Response Set in the Way of Thinking

The way of thinking,influenced by certain emotions and values,evolves into some response sets which are enforced by common behaviors of social communities;these response sets limit people's ways of thinking in responding to the change of objects in turn,whcih gives rise to the stagnancy of the way of thinking;thus there is a problem of response sets to wake the way of thinking keep pace with the times.
