| 摘 要： | 新中国成立前后，美国朝野展开了一场“丢失中国”的讨论。文章认为这一讨论与麦卡锡主义的猖獗直接相关，是美国在全球范围内搞意识形态对抗的产物，它严重地影响了美国国内民主政治的发展和中美关系的正常化。
