| 摘 要： | 介绍了德国高专教育的特点、办学模式及实现这一办学模式所采取的方法。分析了我国高专教育的现状及形成原因。提出了发展我国高专教育需要解决的三大问题，即要有一个完整的高专教育体系；要有一支高素质的教师队伍；要有一批经济实力雄厚的企业参与。得出了校企联合办学是我国高等专科教育发展的根本出路的结论。

| Abstract: | The article introduces ,the characteristics,teaching patterns and methods of higher professional training edueation in Germany. It analysis the current situation and drawbacks in our higher professiional training education.The article raises three major problems to be solved,that is: a good system to be built, a competent teaching staff, a lot of enterprises to join in the operation of the system.Finally,it is concluded that the way to develop our training higher professional education lies in the joint efforts of enterprises and colleges. |
