| 摘 要： | 现代自由主义的两个代表人物罗尔斯与德沃金在基本思想上是一致的,都主张维护个人权利,他们只是从不同的角度表达了自由主义的平等思想。但是罗尔斯和德沃金的平等思想都有一定的局限性,难以得到真正的实现。

| Abstract: | The two representatives of modern liberalism, Rawls and Dworkin are same in ideology,both advocating the protection of individual rights, and expressed the same liberal ideology of equality from different perspectives. But their quality theories have limitations to some degree, and are difficult to be truly realized. |
