| 摘 要： | 高等教育质量问题长期以来备受教育界同仁、教育行政管理部门、用人单位的关注。本文就高等教育在规模迅速发展的背景下 ,如何处理好规模发展与质量提高的矛盾 ,确保高等教育的质量 ,提出了要正确理解教育质量的内涵 ,转变教育质量观念 ,把“突出一个中心”、抓好“八个方面”的工作作为确保高等教育质量的基本对策等观点。
