| 摘 要： | 近年来,山西省左权县从实际出发,探索出一条以农林产业化为先导的城镇化＂推动＂模式。这种城镇化模式以农业农村农民为起点,率先实现了农林产业的规模化经营,庄园经济初见成效并拉动了农民增收。但人口集聚快于经济集聚、政策刺激强于市场调节的隐性特点影响了城镇化进程。因此,提高农民的收益率和就业率、增强产业的带动力和辐射力、保持政策的持续性和连续性,提高城镇化的可持续发展能力,成为欠发达山区城镇化道路改革的方向。 |
