| 摘 要： | 实行农产品质量安全区域化管理是提高农产品质量、发展现代农业的必然要求,也是促进农村发展、农业增效、农民增收的有效途径。乳山市创新齐抓共管责任机制、化学投入品管理机制、农民教育培训机制、标准化基地建设机制、市场监控拓展机制及民本化的消费保障机制,构建了全方位的农产品质量安全区域化管理屏障,创树了乳山农产品质量品牌、提高了农产品出口能力、促进了出口企业经营层次、提升了现代农业发展水平、增加了农民收入。要全面深入实施农产品质量安全区域化管理,必须全面推进农资直供管理、全过程可追溯管理、建设优质农产品安全生产基地、健全农产品质量检验检测体系等。
