| 摘 要： | 台湾涉外事务问题,是伴随着两岸关系的形成而出现的重大问题,历经"法统外交"、"弹性外交"、"台独外交"和"活路外交"四个阶段.由于不同阶段所处的岛内政局、两岸关系和国际政治等背景不同,因而重点、目标、政策和手段都不一样,结果不一样,影响也不一样.60年来的两岸关系基本规律和客观实践表明,对于台湾涉外事务,只要不搞"台独"、"两个中国"和"一中一台",只要遵守国际法和"一个中国原则",问题就能得到合情合理的处理.
