| 摘 要： | 作者根据我国粮食企业收购粮食过去由政府定价收购 ,银行供应资金 ,财政给予补贴 ,结合当前粮企改革 ,粮食企业实行市场化自主经营 ,研究金融如何加强粮食购销贷款管理提出对策。对有效防范金融风险均有指导作用。

| Abstract: | In the purchase of foodstuff by grain firms in China, the purchase price was decided by the government, the purchase funds were provided by the bank and subsidies were given by the financial department of the government. Now, the reform of grain firms is under way and the firms are required to practice independent management according to the rules of the markets. This paper discusses how to strengthen the management of purchase-and-sales loans in the financial institutions and recommends countermeasures for the prevention of possible risks. |
