| 摘 要： | "全球问题"无疑是人类与自然、科学与价值的矛盾问题.可持续发展是解决"全球问题"的最科学最有效的战略措施."全球问题"是由于人类把科学技术广泛应用于改造自然而且已经失去控制所引发的.可持续发展观是关于人类与自然协调发展及其规律的一种新的认识.人类应从更宽的视野和更深的层次去认识人与自然的对立统一规律.只有遵循客观规律,人类与自然才能够可持续发展.

| Abstract: | The global problems are no doubtly the contradictoy problems between man and nature,science and value.But the sustainable development is scientific,the most effective and strategic measures to solve the global problems.Global problems result from man's widespread application of science and technology to the transformation of nature,which has been out of control.In this situation,sustainable development is a new realization of the coordinated development and law between man and nature.Man should understand the law of the unit of opposites between man and nature with a wider vision and from a higher level.Only by following the objective laws, man and nature can maintain the sustainable development. |
