| 摘 要： | 高校的国有资产是高校得以生存和发展的基础和条件。目前 ,高校的国有资产管理存在着管理制度不健全、资产流失、综合效益低、无偿使用等问题。为此 ,应改革高校国有资产管理制度 ,建立有效的管理模式 ,有偿使用国有资产。

| Abstract: | State owned properties of universities are the foundation and condition upon which universities depend for their existence and development. Now there exist many problems in their management of state owned properties, such as the loss of properties, the low comprehensive benefit, and the free utilization without pay. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the old system of managing state owned properties of universities, to build up effective mode of management, and to carry out the system of paid utilization of state owned properties. |
