| 摘 要： | 德国大学终身教职制度伴随着德国大学的出现和发展而逐步形成和不断完善。终身教职制度是德国大学学术自由和学术繁荣的重要制度保障,然而,随着国内以及世界高等教育的变化和发展,这种制度也面临诸多问题和批判,联邦政府和大学为此进行了一系列针对性改革,这些对我国大学不断深入的人事制度改革和现代大学制度建设都具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The academic tenure system in Germany was formed and developed with the foundation and development of German universities. It is the important institution guarantee of academic freedom and glory of German universities. However, with the changes and development of both German and global higher education, it is faced with many problems and criticisms. Accordingly, a series of appropriate reforms are being made by German Federal Government and universities. All of these provide insightful experiences to further our country＇s reforms in personnel system and the construction of modern university system. |
