模糊型计划评审技术在海洋结构建造工期估算中的应用

摘    要:根据模糊型计划评审技术的理论和方法,研究海洋工程结构建造周期的估算方法;应用模糊数学中隶属度的概念,将建造过程中各种因素(气候、人员心理、设备状况、经济制约),用定量形式表示出来,提出了更为科学的海洋工程结构建造周期估算方法。该方法对于工程结构建造周期的估算是可行的。

Abstract:The evaluation method of building period was studied for ocean engineering structure based on the theory and method of fuzzy program evaluation and review technique F-PERT. The degree of membership concept in fuzzy mathematics is adopted to quantitatively express all the factors in the building progress, for example, weather,staff's psychological state, equipments condition, and economic restrictions. A more scientific evaluation method of building period is presented for ocean engineering structure. It is shown that the method is feasible to evaluate the building period for ocean engineering structure through application for a building engineering of ocean structure block.
