| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设理想的意图的力量来源是村民自治与科学发展观的和谐统一,乡镇的民主化建设是理想的意图之所以成为理想的力量的政治保证。甘肃村民自治现实结构的主要特征可概括为三个方面的外部结构特征和三个方面的内部结构特征,其在新农村建设与乡镇民主建设中走向了全新的发展时期。

| Abstract: | An ideal view of new socialist rural construction originates from a harmonious unification of villagers' autonomy with scientific development outlook,while the democratic construction in towns and villages is a vigorously political basis for such a view.The current villagers' autonomous structure in Gansu mainly presents three exterior and three interior characteristics,which is refreshed in the construction of new countryside and of rural democracy. |
