| 摘 要： | 以调查数据为经验资料,对重庆市农村劳动力转移数量进行了估测。通过研究认为:在地域上,东部地区是吸纳农村剩余劳动力的主要区域;在产业上,以工业为主的第二产业是农村剩余劳动力转移的主要载体。在现有制度框架和经济发展水平上,农村剩余劳动力转移规模将呈逐步扩大的态势,但要实现农村劳动力转移工作的预期目标还比较艰巨。作为重庆来讲,应加快库区经济发展,促进第三产业的快速成长,将有利于推动重庆农村剩余劳动力的有序转移。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,an estimate is made of the quantity of rural surplus labor transfer in Chongqing,based on the data col- lected in a survey.The following ideas are put forward:the eastern part of the Municipality is the main region to absorb the ru- ral surplus labor force;of the three (or four) industries,the secondary industry is the main carrier for the transfer of rural sur- plus labor;and within the current system framework and at the present level of economic development,a great gap remains be- tween the anticipated goals and what has been achieved in this aspect,although a trend of gradual expansion of rural surplus la- bor transfer does exist.Speeding up the economic growth of the Three Gorges Reservoir Region and promoting the repaid de- velopment of the tertiary industry will benefit the orderly transfer of rural surplus labor in Chongqing. |
