| Abstract: | Some people have become relatively vulnerable people due to the social system in China's transforming period. The paper mainly analyzes the necessity of protecting the vulnerable group from a legal angle. The protection of the vulnerable group embodies the guarantee of human rights and social equality and justice, which complies with the values and the ultimate object of a society ruled by law. |
