街道社区公共服务的多维评析——以广州市逢源街为例

我国社区公共服务面临新的选择。社区公共服务主体多元化是发达国家的成功经验,将政府直接的、全部的管理变为政府负责,社会中介组织、其他社团共同参与的社区公共服务,这是现代社会发展的基本趋势。结合我国具体实际,不少地方已经出现了一些社区公共服务的典型案例。广州市逢源街道就是其中之一。针对逢源街道社区公共服务所做的介绍性、分析性论文已经不在少数;文章在实证调查的基础上,对逢源街道社区公共服务做了多角度评析。

A Synthetical Evaluation of Community Public Service in Fengyuan Community, Guangzhou

The public service of community in China faces new choices. The diversity of the subject of community public service is the successful experience in developed country, which means that the direct and complete governmental management is changed into a service responsible by the government, and engaged by societal agent organization and other social groups. It is the basic tendency of development in modern society. In China, some typical communities which develop public service have been established. Fengyuan community in Guangzhou City is one of them. Based on the previous studies of Fengyuan community and field research, from a multi-perspective, this paper evaluates and analyzes the community public service in Fengyuan community of Guangzhou City.
