镉对白菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:采用华东地区常见的30个白菜品种,设置0,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0mg/L5个镉(Cd)浓度进行培养,研究白菜在不同Cd浓度条件下种子萌发和幼苗生长的差异.结果表明,省农科院26-5号、省农科院26-26号、丰研夏帅、蚕白菜、金夏王青梗菜、西子绿小白菜、华良2000这七个品种对镉特别敏感;杭州油冬儿这个品种在0.5mg/LCd2 时促进根生长,而在1.0mg/LCd2 及以上浓度时显示抑制作用;其余22个品种对镉不敏感.

Abstract:The effects of Cd on the seed sprouting and seedling growth in fifty-three common cabbage breed varieties in the east of China by treatment at 0,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0mg/L levels.The results showed that seven varieties,No26-5,No26-26,Fengyanxiashuai,Can,Jinxiawang,Xizilu,Hualiang 2000,were sensitive to the cadmium.The root length of Hangzhouyoudong 2 increased at low Cd level,and declined at high Cd level.The other varieties were insensitive to cadmium.
