| 摘 要： | 师资是学校的首要“生产资料”,教师质量评估直接影响教师各方面素质的发展进而影响学校的发展,其间关系非常复杂,难以用精确的函数关系式来表达,我们尝试用带有AHP约束锥的DEA模型,从整体角度相对的表述教师质量评价体系与学校发展水平以及发展方向水平是否适宜进行实证分析。

| Abstract: | The issue of how to make teacher's evaluation in higher education coordinated is elaborated in this essay. A method of forming an AHP restraint with DEAHP mode is put forward. The analysis of the system of teacher' s quality evaluation and the level of harmonious development among the higher education is provided here as well. |
