| 摘 要： | 养成教育是强化与内化统一于受教育个体发展全过程的和谐教育，是他人教育指导下的自我教育，它具有周期较长、外在规范性、自律性的特征。实现高职教育培养目标的要求、高职学生的特点及现状迫切需要在高职教育中实施养成教育。利用课堂，建立大教育观念，加强学习、制度建设和检查督促及尊重引导是对高职学生实施养成教育的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Cultivation education proves a harmonious education with the unification of intensification and internalization of individual education, the self - education under the instruction of others with the characteristics of long periodicity, normative externality and self - discipline. Requirement of realizing vocational cultivating objective, characteristics of vocational students and the current circumstance urgently calls for the cultivation education in the vocational education. Classroom utilization, establishment of grand education, acquisition enhancement, system construction, inspection and urging, rewarding and punishing proves the effective access to students＇ cultivation education execution. |
