| 摘 要： | 伴随着互联网的发展,传统著作权法难以满足对网络作品的保护,网络作品的著作权保护问题日益突出。本文在确定网络作品的法律属性基础上,从网络作品的自力保护和司法保护的角度出发,提出了完善我国网络作品著作权的法律保护的建议。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of the Internet,the traditional copyright law cannot satisfy the protection of network works,which has become an increasing issue.Based on the legal attribute of network works,the author proposes suggestions for perfecting network works copyright protection from the angles of self-protection and judicial protection in our country. |
