| 摘 要： | 工业化意味着一种潜在的利润,是一种制度变迁,也是新的制度代替旧的制度.因此,制度变迁决定了工业化的进程和结果.工业化是近代化的一般特征,工业的增长是衡量发展的基本尺度.中国早期工业化的制度变迁的被动性、滞后性、和不彻底性,导致了中国早期工业化明显进展缓慢.

| Abstract: | Industrialization means a kind of potential profit,which is a kind of system changes.It also means that the new systems replace the old ones.Therefore,the system changes determine the process and result of the industrialization.The industrialization is a general character of the modernization.The growth of industry is the basic yardstick of weighing development.The passivity,lagging and the incompleteness of system changes in the early industrialization of China have caused it obviously to make little progress. |
