| 摘 要： | 制定适应经济和时代发展的地区性知识产权战略是云南省发展生物产业，打造绿色经济大省蓝图的重要组成部分。而与之密切相关的是生物资源获取和惠益分享机制的建立与完善问题。本文探讨了生物资源知识产权制度与获取和惠益分享制度的紧密关系，并根据国际经验和做法，结合云南实际，探索了云南构建生物资源获取和惠益分享机制的方案及措施。

| Abstract: | Laying down the intellectual property rights strategy adapting to economy and the development of the times provincialism is the important component that Yunnan province develops living things estate,and makes big green economy provinces blueprint.But closely related to that is the establishment and the perfection of the intellectual property rights gains and sharings machinery.The arcticle researches the close relation between intellectual property rights gains and sharings system,and explores the scheme and measure based on international experience and method of work in combination with Yunnan reality. |
