| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会治安形势的变化及刑事犯罪活动日趋复杂,诱惑侦查正在被广泛运用于走私、贩毒等案件的侦查。同时我国并未真正建立起有关诱惑侦查的法律制度,这一侦查手段的使用存在许多问题。我国有必要对诱惑侦查进行法律规制,充分将诱惑侦查这种危险性较大的特殊侦查行为法治化。

| Abstract: | With the changes of law and order and the complexity of criminal activities,undercover investigation is being widely used in China for the investigation of smuggling,drug dealing and other cases alike.However,there are many problems in practice because the legal system of undercover investigation in China is still at the beginning of establishment.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to take an action for the legislative building and regulating of undercover investigation.. |
