合并院校更应注重人本精神

高校的合并重组是我国高等教育管理体制改革的重要举措。合并高校能否实现1+1>2的协同效应,合并之后的融合显得尤为重要。结合院校合并工作实际,从弄清校情,把握特征;注重人才与人本精神;坚持“以人为本”,抓好合并院校的起步工作等方面进行了分析,并提出了相应建议。

HUMANISTIC SPIRIT SHOULD BE EMPHASIZED IN UNIVERSITY MERGING

The merger of universities is an important measure for the reform of the higher education management system in China.The fusion coming after the merger appears even more important for the realization of the synergistic effect of 1+1>2.This paper offers some proposals about the jobs to be done in the early development period right after the merger,i.e.investigating the specific conditions of the original universities and their characteristic features,stressing the importance of people,and adhering to the principle of "people first".
