| 摘 要： | 终身体育已成为一种国际性的潮流,越来越受到人们的重视。高职高专院校传统的体育教学内容与手段方法已不适应新世纪学生的生理与心理需求,并与社会要求存在脱节。大力宣传体育锻炼的意义和作用、增加体育教学时间、培养学生的体育兴趣、加强对体育"三基"教育的力度、重视体育理论教育、重视体育教师的培养是高职高专院校体育改革并使终身体育健康、快速发展的几项有力的措施。 |
